We’re very picky and if we won’t eat it, we won’t serve it to you.
We cook with local, seasonal, organic, non-GMO ingredients. Anything not made in-house is sourced from purveyors who uphold the same high standards we do, such as Acme Organic Bread, Coffee Works Organic Coffee, and Tao of Tea Organic Loose Leaf Teas.
DELICIOUS OPTIONS FOR EVERYONE
Chicken and waffle fans have commented that ours are some of the best they’ve ever tried. Crispy tender fried chicken breast served on a cornmeal, cheese, chive waffle topped with chef Tony’s housemade caramel syrup. Amazing!
EASTsmf’s ever changing organic vegan gluten free soups are made the old fashioned way. A flavorful mirepoix of carrots, celery, onions, and aromatic herbs, combined with seasonal ingredients from our local farmers are the reason customers come back time and again to enjoy chef Tony’s delicious soups. We also offer pints and quarts to go.
Perfectly cooked fish and shellfish with seasonal accompaniments are regulars on the menu at EASTsmf. We serve only the freshest Seafood Watch “Best Choice” seafood, meaning we’ll never serve farmed salmon. However, some varieties of farmed fish and shellfish are excellent sustainable choices, such as our amazing trout and scallops.
