In 2006, Chef Tony and Rhonda Gruska opened a local, seasonal, organic restaurant in the agricultural town of Winters. Ten years later, shortly after moving the restaurant to Davis; Sacramento branded itself “The Farm to Fork Capital.” The proclamation got the Gruska’s attention and in 2016, they moved to east Sacramento to help move things forward, particularly in the area of organics.

The current location continues to reflect their abilities to execute a truly seasonal menu; their commitment to the regions small organic farmers; and their passion for helping people avoid the chemicals and pesticides contributing to America’s health and environmental problems.
